Tom Onslow-Cole hasn’t been seen without his trademark Edifice watch for more than eight years and the 29-year old GT star is delighted to announce that he has signed with Casio’s high performance, technology-driven chronograph men’s brand for another racing season.

In 2009, OC was named as a face of Edifice and has since worked with the company to promote its motorsport and travel-inspired premium watches. This season, OC will wear his Edifice as he represents BMW Motorsport as a works team driver at the Nürburgring, along with two international GT programmes that see him visit world famous tracks and events such as Le Mans.

“With all the travelling I do, the Bluetooth Smartphone Link and Dual Dial World Time functions of the Edifice watches are really handy,” explained OC, who clocked-up more than 40 international flights in 2016. “You simply link your watch to your smartphone and just like that you’re back in control of your own time.

“I’m very proud to maintain my relationship with Casio Edifice for so many years,” he continued. “I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in many different levels and disciplines of motorsport and Casio Edifice have been with me every second of the way.”

As well as wearing Edifice watches, OC will carry the iconic branding on his helmets and racesuits as he contests more than 25 races this season.

“It’s a busy year for me, but Edifice will be even busier with some fantastic new products and technologies being launched,” he concludes. “They always push watch technology forward, which really excites me. I can’t wat to get my hands on the new watches and share them with the huge motorsport community.”

Together, Casio Edifice and OC create PR, marketing and social media content that promotes the Edifice range to OC’s highly-engaged audience including; videos that get more than 100k views; competitions to win watches; and social media stories that engaging and influential.
