Tom Onslow-Cole has signed a new deal with long-term sponsor Milltek Sport, which will see the 27-year old continue his role as brand ambassador for the premium exhaust manufacturer for the 2015 season.

The partnership has gone from strength-to-strength during the past four years as the British exhaust manufacturer has expanded further in Europe and into America and Onslow-Cole has moved from the British Touring Car Championship to a new career in International GT racing.

“Milltek Sport has been a huge part of my journey,” commented Onslow-Cole. “We enjoyed success at national level together and have now made the next step into Europe and beyond as they also widen their horizons. The guys at Milltek Sport are like family to me now so it’s great to be so close to them as they experience such success around the world."

Onslow-Cole has recently announced he will drive for British racing team Ram Racing in the 2015 24H Series. The championship takes in long distance endurance races in Europe and the Middle East offering Milltek Sport multiple opportunities to host guests in its expanding markets.

“We’ve positioned ourselves very strongly in the UK so the next natural step for us is to expand and strengthen our European markets,” commented Steve Pound, Managing Director at Milltek Sport. “With Tom racing in Europe, we can look at taking new customers and retailers along to races and further activating our partnership.”

In addition to his racing programme, Onslow-Cole will attend key events in Milltek Sport’s events calendar including Goodwood Festival of Speed, The Tuner GP and of course supporting them in their title sponsorship of the Milltek Sport UK Volkswagen Racing Cup.

“It’s always good fun attending events with Milltek Sport,” added Onslow-Cole. “Their customers are such enthusiastic petrolheads and you find yourself chatting away about cars for hours."

Onslow-Cole puts this passion for cars into practice and is also involved in Milltek Sport's testing and development programme, most recently working on the world's first 4x4 Volkswagen Jetta, which was designed and built by the company.

“It’s great to work with brands that you believe in. I use a Milltek Sport exhaust system myself and enjoy all of the performance benefits, as well as its incredible sound.
“I’m very fortunate to have such a loyal partner in Milltek Sport and I look forward to another season working together.”

Tom will next wear race in the 12 Hours of Mugello in Tuscany, Italy, on 13/14 March when he drives the Ram Racing Mercedes SLS AMG GT3.
